IOWA CITY, Iowa - Michigan football will play Iowa without tight end Eric All, who did not go to Kinick Stadium with the team for Saturday's game.

All played in UM's first three games but missed the Big Ten opener against Maryland. The Free Press was the first to report that All's absence from back surgery to address an injury dating back to last season.

Quarterback JJ McCarthy is expected to support tight end Luke Schoonmaker for the second straight week. Schoonmaker set career highs in reception and yardage against the Terrapins. Everyone's snaps should be distributed between reserve tight ends Joel Honigford, Max Bradson and true freshman Colston Loveland.

Inside linebacker Nikhai Hill-Green (soft tissue injury) was also in Ann Arbor this week. Hill-Green has yet to play this season.

The rest of the injury news was encouraging for the Wolverines, who welcomed back Donovan Edwards (leg) and left guard Trevor Keegan (undisclosed) to the field. Edwards crashed out of Week 2's win over Hawaii and hasn't played since. Keegan suffered an injury against Connecticut and was inactive last week.

This is only the second time that U-M have entered a game with their top five offensive linemen: LT Ryan Hayes, LG Trevor Keegan, C Olu Oluwatimi, RG Zak Zinter, RT Trent Jones.
