Hathras, Jagran correspondent. Former minister Ramveer Upadhyay had the skill to get his point across. Only then the elders of his village could not avoid his talk. The style of meeting during their election was also different. He used to take blessings by touching the feet of elders and blessed the younger ones by patting their backs. This is the reason that he was able to get six consecutive times unopposed in his own village.
Such was the election of the head
While on the one hand sticks and guns come out in the village panchayats for the election of the pradhan, in the village of Ramveer Upadhyay, the pradhans were elected unopposed six times. The people of the village tell that the former minister used to call the panchayat before the election of the head, where a team of 20 enlightened people of the village was formed, in which people of all classes were involved. Most of the members of the team, whoever raised their hands to make him the head, used to be the village head. No one could avoid the decision of the former minister.
