Before its construction, the owners had given an affidavit in the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) saying that there would be residential construction on this plot. Suit filed for building a hotel without passing the map

According to the information, on 26 May 2022, the Zonal Officer of Zone-6 gave a second notice to the owners of the hotel due to non-submission of the map. On August 17, 2022, the Assistant Engineer of Zone-6 submitted his report to the VC of LDA. On August 18, 2022, on the report of the Assistant Engineer, the LDA had issued a third notice by registering a suit 537/2022 for building a hotel in 6400 square meters without passing the map.

Constant notice... neither the owner nor the document arrived

On August 28, the LDA issued a fourth notice to hoteliers to submit maps and documents related to other government departments and summoned them the next day on August 29. On August 29, neither did anyone reach LDA on behalf of the hotel owners nor any documents were submitted.
