A limited flash flood warning has been issued for San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

 The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning Wednesday for San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

Radar images indicate heavy rain and thunderstorms in Riverside County, including amounts up to 1 inch:

  • Desert Center 
  • I-10 between mile markers 101 and 110 
  • State Route 177 between mile markers 1 and 3

Streams and drainage include the Seco, Arroyo and Iris Washes, as well as Corn Spring Wash and Ship Creek.

Warning continues in these areas till 9 pm.

Additionally, north central Riverside County and southeastern San Bernardino County are under a flash flood warning until 5:45 p.m. At the following places :-

  • I-10 around Calimesa, Redlands, Yucaipa and Beaumont 
Roadways southwest of the El Dorado burn scar may be flooded and impassable due to mud and debris flows.
