New Delhi. Indian security agencies have sent a questionnaire to Russia's Federal Security Service (FSO) to find out the motive of the IS attacker. According to the report of CNN-NEWS-18, this terrorist was detained for planning a suicide attack against suspended BJP leader Nupur Sharma.

At the same time, Indian security agencies have sought help from Russia's Federal Security Service in accessing Uzbek national Azamov. This attacker had taken special training in Turkey to carry out the attack in India.

Sources told that Indian security agencies also want to know who was Azamov's real target, at whose behest he was planning to carry out the attack and who was funding his operation. Indian agencies have said they think it would be difficult to understand the motive of the crime without questioning the IS attacker.

Let us tell you that CNN-News-18 has already told that Indian agencies had received alerts of terrorist incident from American and Russian agencies. According to this alert, two people wanted to carry out terrorist attacks in India through Russia, Ankara or Istanbul. In a video of his interrogation released by CPR on Monday, the terrorist said that he had taken the oath of allegiance to the IS organization in April 2022 after which he underwent special training.

He had come to Russia from where he had to carry out a terrorist incident in India. The terrorist revealed that he was an online fanatic and had never been able to meet ISIS leaders.

He said in broken Russian that there (in India) things were to be given at the behest of IS to carry out a terrorist attack to insult the Prophet Muhammad. Sources further claimed that in late July, India was informed that two suicide bombers were ready to carry out terrorist attacks in India and would come via Russia.

His visa application will go to the Russian embassy or any other consulate in Moscow in August. Sources said these details were also shared with Russia, following which Azamov was taken into custody by the Federal Security Service.
