Diljit Dosanjh has come out in support of his Punjabi singer Inderjit Nikku after seeing a video where Inderjit talks about his financial crisis and career struggle.

Inderjit Nikku, who is known for songs like 'Ik Kudi Mere Supne Ch Aai', 'Sardari' and 'Paggri', is facing a tough life. The singer opened up in an emotional video in front of the "man of God" that he is under a lot of stress because he does not have a job. In the video, after Nikku tells him his problems, the 'man of God' repeats them into the microphone. He says: "The first problem is health, you have a lot of stress, you are facing financial problems because of debt and the last problem is that you are not satisfied in your professional life because you do not have a job."

The 'Godman' then asks Nikku to remove his mask and sing to those present. An emotional Nikku breaks down and the godman tells him not to cry. Nikku's wife, who is sitting by his side, is also starry-eyed at this moment.

The video instantly went viral and Diljit Dosanjh also saw it and did something sweet to help the Yaad singer. The Born to Rise singer asked Nikka to sing a song for him. He shared a photo of Inderjit Nikku on his social media and wrote a note which reads, “Veere nu dekh ke pata ni kinney mundeya ne pagg banani start kiti jina chon ek mai v an. Meri next film jo v shoot kra ge asi..plz ek ghana sadey layi zarur (Many started tying the turban like he did and I was also one of them. Whichever film I shoot next, please sing one song for me).”

Nikku and his wife can be seen voicing their problems to the saint. The singer and his wife are later seen breaking down. The Godman is then seen blessing the couple and also promising the singer that everything will be fine and his future will be bright.

His message translates to : “Many had started tying the turban like he did and I was also one of them). He then showered love on the singer and continued ‘Meri next film jo v shoot kra ge asi..plz ek ghana sadey layi zarur (whenever I shoot the next film, please one song for me".
